Since its establishment several decades ago, Tecnical has specialized in complete turnkey solutions in the dairy sector around the world on the complete range of cheeses covering soft and hard cheeses, Cheddar Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Edam, Gouda and Haloumi.
The cheese and paneer solution from ABC Process /Technical uses micro-perforated moulds sourced through collaboration from Mecanizados Busqui, SL. The micro-perforated moulds are manufactured through improved injection moulding. The one-piece construction without welded joints makes it strong, more durable with no risk of accumulated residues across joints .
ABC Process offers micro perforated moulds for all pressing applications including Cheddar Cheese and Paneer, offering desired whey drainage, excellent product block shape and surface, lower pressing times, better and effective on line cleaning and making the whole process simple when compared to presently used SS hoops and muslin cloth having vagaries of relatively poor surface finish, deformed shape and handling of muslin cloth.
In a short span, ABC Solution has become a trusted manufacturer and supplier of processing equipment and components for dairy and non-dairy (Pharma, Beverages, Brewery and Wine) applications, including Industrial refrigeration.
